Waterscape B105 Ground Floor Unit , Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is the second year we have rented this condo. We love it so much, we hate to give our secret away. Melissa is the best owner we could rent from. Everything you need is here and in good condition. Our friends that rented other units were jealous of how blessed we were to rent this condo.

The co so was so clean and everything worked as it should have. Host was nice to work with and was available for any questions or concerns. The beds were super comfy too. We loved how there was a box of beach supplies out on the deck. We would definitely recommend staying here again!

My family of 4 stayed here the first week of May. The first floor was perfect!! We could chill on the beach and quickly run to the condo if we needed snacks. Condo was clean!! Everything we would want in a condo. The owner was very easy to work with. I was almost in tears when we had to leave the unit because I was sad to leave. Beautiful memories made! We stayed here in April 2023. I love the ground floor location and grassy area outside. The condo had everything we needed. We loved the pool and hot tub. Everything in the condo was in working condition and I am grateful for the washer and dryer! I hope to stay here again with my family.

The condo is in the perfect spot. So close to the beach and the pool. If you need a drink or to use the bathroom the condo is just a few steps away. We also loved the little grass area off the porch because it gave our sons some room to play while we sat outside. The condo was very spacious. The owner was fabulous and great to work with. I had a few questions and she immediately replied. We got there early and she let us check in because it was ready. This was huge for us after driving all night. She even asked if we wanted a late check out.

We had an amazing stay. The ground floor unit was perfect. We were able to stay with our family to 4 plus my father-in-law and 2-20 year olds. It was plenty of room for all of us and all the amenities. Everything was fully furnished and just perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

I’m a little late posting this…we had the best stay at B105! Melissa is very gracious and she even surprised us with personalized gifts! The place is perfectly nuzzled far enough away for more silence, but close enough for an ocean view while we relaxed on the patio. We will definitely try to make our trips to Waterscape a yearly holiday and will absolutely choose B105 and the Weatherman’s every time!

This was a short little trip for us but was extremely nice to relax in this great condo and enjoy the amenities! Very convenient access to the beach and pool area. Having the beach chairs was a nice perk as we didn't have to travel with chairs! Full kitchen was great and tons of appliances to use! We cooked steaks on the outdoor grill by the pool one night and enjoyed an evening in. We had 5 teenagers with us and they enjoyed walking the beach and the lazy river by the pool. Very convenient parking and not having too far to go after the grocery store run was nice. Melissa was a fantastic host and we will be back at the end of July for a brief visit before kids head back to school!

We just got back from our vacation in Ft Walton. This condo was so beautiful, it has everything you could think of, just bring your swim suits, beach towels, & food. Probably the best condo we’ve stayed in. The location is perfect, close to the pool & close to the beach. Melissa was so great to work with, she made it so easy, it tried raining one day & she texted to check on us, she is so caring & really wants you to enjoy your stay. This is a perfect place & we can’t wait to go back! Thank you Melissa for allowing us to stay, it is paradise!

We absoluetly loved our stay at this property. I am a travel agent and constantly evaluate accommodations for my clients. This property has the perfect combination of convenience, location and amenities. There are many great restaurants within walking distance - Stewby's and Asiago's Skillet were our favorites. Parking at the resort was convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The walk to the beach and the pools was so easy. The beach chairs were a huge perk. The condo itself is well appointed with everything needed for preparing meals/snacks, gathering to play games, and spreading out to relax. I would rent this property again and again and recommend it to anyone interested in a beach resort getaway. Thank you Melissa for a wonderful experience.

We were fortunate to stay the month of February. Perfect location. Ground floor and short walk to pool and beach. Melissa is the perfect host.

My family came down for a vacation the end of August. We wanted to let the kids have some fun before school started since there summer was a big letdown due to Covid. The condo blew us away! It was very clean and organized so well. It’s in a convenient location to get to the pool and beach. Melissa was always available to answer any questions and made me feel like a friend rather than just a renter. The personal touches she adds lets you know she really does care, I have never experienced this with another owner before! Thank you for making the condo inviting and comfortable, we had the best week!!

We were planning to head to Destin in two weeks with our family of 5. The entire time Melissa has been extremely helpful in talking through how Florida is handling COVID and how her other renters have been able to successfully practice social distancing. She was always very responsive with all communications. Unfortunately COVID has hit our area extremely hard. I am a nurse and Melissa granted a full refund due to me being unable to travel at this time. I cannot thank her enough for her understanding. As soon as everything calms down we will for sure be headed back to stay in her condo. Thank you Melissa for remaining kind and understanding during this difficult time.

We planned to bring our family in June. However , my Dad became seriously ill and we had to cancel. Melissa immediately got to work to find another renter for our week. She has been praying for my Dad. She found another renter with only a weeks notice and issued a refund. For this we are so thankful. She went above and beyond for my family. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 situation, we had to cancel our booking with Melissa. She was so wonderful and understanding about the whole situation. Also, when we first booked her unit, she immediately got back to me and spent some time on the phone with me explaining everything, as we were new to the idea of vacationing in the Fort Walton/Destin area. When the COVID situation has been resolved we will definitely be going back and Melissa's unit will be the first place we look!

My family (4 kids, my parents, my husband & myself) stayed at this condo for our first trip to the Ft. Walton/Destin area. We couldn't have asked for any better and it was beautiful. The location was perfect because it was on the bottom floor, so no elevators. Just a very short walk to the pool area and beach. That means so much when you have your hands full and with little kids. The privacy on the patio was great. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could've possibly needed and clean! I can't say enough about how wonderful Jay & Melissa were ad far as booking, tips about the area, communication, you name it. We're hoping to book with them next summer. Waterscape has it all and so does this condo.

We were here for our family vacations and it was amazing!!! The owner is very nice and responsible. The place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you are with all your family.

I brought my granddaughter for some time in the sun, and we loved this unit! The unit was clean, and everything was in great shape. The owner communicates very well, and we could not have asked for a better vacation. The three pools and lazy river are great for the kids when they get tired of the sand. We'll be back!!! 5 stars!

Renting this condo was the best thing we've done thus far! The process was easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful answered all my questions quickly and in full I had no surprises when I checked in. when we arrived the condo was perfect it was just as the pictures showed. I traveled with a family of 6. 2 adults and 4 children age 17 through age of one the place accomodated everyone comfortably it was plenty of room I was able to cook everyday literally a couple minutes walk from the beaches itself. The pool area had something for everyone to enjoy. I can't say enough how great this vacation was this condo was and the owners themselves were. We will definitely be back.
